Position Overview:

As a Sales & Service Representative at TruckingHQ, you'll be on the front lines of our mission to support carriers and owner-operators with DOT compliance solutions. This hybrid role blends inside sales with customer service — meaning you’ll help bring on new clients and support them through their compliance journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide prospective clients through our suite of DOT compliance services

  • Perform inbound and outbound sales calls to carriers, owner-operators, and fleet managers

  • Onboard new clients and manage their initial setup (Driver Qualification Files, Clearinghouse, etc.)

  • Provide ongoing client support and education regarding DOT compliance requirements

  • Monitor client accounts and proactively recommend service enhancements (ELD, CSA Score Management, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal compliance team to ensure client records stay audit-ready

  • Use CRM and task management tools to keep accurate client and sales records


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or DOT compliance (trucking industry experience a major plus!)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal

  • Comfortable making sales calls and offering consultative solutions

  • Highly organized with an eye for regulatory detail

  • Passionate about helping trucking companies succeed and stay safe on the road

  • Tech-savvy; able to work in a CRM and navigate basic cloud-based systems
